https://luxair.csod.com/ats/careersite/jobdetails.aspx?site=3&c=luxair&id=29#utm_source=FACEBOOK&utm_medium=ARTICLE_LINK_FR&utm_campaign=RECRUTEMENT&utm_content=CABIN-CREW" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Cabin Crew Member (m/f) - Temporary Contract Main duties: Participate actively to the briefing and debriefing Ensure to update all related manuals and documents as well as instructions Assure the safety and security on the flight operated by Luxair according to current legal and internal regulations in force Provide a high quality service on board to the passengers according to the defined commercial rules and other internal regulations in force Provide a high quality of communication on board to the passengers Realize In Flight Sales according to current legal and internal regulations in force Provide a special assistance upon request Ensure first aid measures in case of medical emergency Required profile: Minimum required criteria: Have a secondary education diploma (Bac) or equivalent Possess a swimming and/or rescue certificate Be at least 18 years old and fit for flights Accept to work according to irregular schedules and during the weekend Accept layover at the Outstations Provides basic knowledge in standard office applications Be customer oriented, have a smart appearance and respect the internal uniform dress code Show good communication skills in English, French and German (spoken &written) Attend and pass successfully mandatory initial & recurrent training according to the area of activity Have an excellent sense of customer contact and be highly service-oriented Have a basic knowledge of Luxembourgish Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company Show user skills in tools used in the department Be responsible and dynamic, team oriented and able to deal with stress Desired or to be acquired criteria: / The ideal candidate: Knowledge of any other language is considered as major asset to this function
